Current Design Work – K. Rose Studio & Co.

I just finished up with my classes for the semester and I wanted to share some current work with you.
This is my final for my graphic design class. 
The project was to create a design using the two words that we had to draw out of Apples to Apples cards.  
I picked Organic + Ballerinas. 
I decided to create a logo for an organic fabric company that creates dance costumes out of natural fabric. 
I absolutely love how this logo design turned out! 
It consists of the actual logo design, business card (front and back), letter head and envelope design. 
I hope this design brightens up your rainy Wednesday!

Weekend in Photos…

This weekend was a busy and successful one! 

I helped out at the last Trunk Show of the Spring/Summer season at Coco Avenue. 
Fancified Finds holds these trunk shows where you can get a sneak peak at the
upcoming furniture and decor she creates. 
Gail of Fancified Finds is such a doll and I’m so glad I met her through Coco Avenue!
There is just something about hanging out with other creatives that gets your mind going.
I finally finished my Jar Shaker’s. These are made with Martini Shaker tops combined with Mason jars for $24. 
I absolutely love these! I jazzed mine up a bit with a custom hand-lettered Summer recipe booklet that features
four Shaker drink recipes. Three include alcohol and one is a Strawberry Sparkling Lemonade recipe! 
I also finished these fruit watercolors. I created these in three different prints. They look so cute together don’t you think?
