I have always loved thrifting, which is purchasing used items and re-using them in a new or different way.
Basically recycling goods that someone else has no more use for.
My mom and I have shared a passion for this and I can still remember the first auction she took me to.
I purchased an iMac (the first bubble desktop kind) for $1.
I finally sold it at my garage sale a couple years ago to a little girl who was ecstatic that she found it!
I am starting a series, I haven’t decided for how long yet, but I am going to do this every week. I want to share with you my “Thrift it” finds and show you new ways to recycle, transform or wear your “used items”.
