Once I graduated from High school I attended Ridgewater technical college in Willmar, Minnesota. While I attended school there I met some of the best people who I consider family. One lady in particular would be my dear friend Marisabel. I still remember the first day I met her. It was painting class Fall 2009 and I was sitting in the hallway with the rest of the class waiting to go into the art room. Marisabel walks up and asks “Why are you sitting out here?” Me of course didn’t really have an answer so I just followed her into the art room and we’ve clicked ever since. Well long story short our lives have drifted apart over the last couple years but she came to Minnesota to visit and our babies FINALLY got to meet! Seeing Marisabel is literally like a breath of fresh air that you only get when you are someplace that is so pure and carefree. I was able to photograph her and her beautiful daughter Solveig Joy.
