Today marks the 1 year Birthday of Random&Wonderland blog and also National Cherry Tart day!
I decided to celebrate the one year birthday of my blog by creating this recipe for you all.
Cherry Tart Recipe:
Ingredients: 4 cups of Cherries / 1 cup of cherry pie filling / 3 Tablespoons of sugar / 2 Pillsbury pie crusts / 1 egg
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25-30 minutes Cool Time: 10 minutes Oven Temperature: 400 degrees
Step 1: Pit cherries
Step 2: Mix 1 cup of cherry pie filling with sugar and pitted cherries
Step 3: Cut pie crusts into 1/4 sections so you have eight triangles
Step 4: Scoop cherry filling into the crust. Pinch the edges. Brush with mixed egg.
Step 5: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Step 6: Cook for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Step 7: Let cool. Enjoy:)
